Production Data End User License Agreement

Production Data

This licence agreement is between you ("You") and The Acharya ("We" or "Us") for the use of Production Data (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, You agree to these terms. If You do not agree, do not use the App.

Apple Is Not a Party

This Agreement is between You and Us only, not with Apple Inc. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.

Your Licence to Use the App

We grant You a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple device You own or control, for Your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's standard usage rules.

You agree not to:

rent, resell, or redistribute the App; or
use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Support

If You need help with the App, contact Us via our support form at https://tech.theacharya.co. We will provide support at Our discretion; Apple has no obligation to do so.

Warranty

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. If the App fails to work as described, Apple may refund the purchase price to You; beyond that, We are responsible for any warranty claims relating to the App, not Apple.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from Your use of the App. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Your Data

Our use of any data collected through the App is described in Our Privacy Policy.

Legal Compliance

You confirm that You are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government restricted-party list.

Ending This Agreement

This Agreement stays in effect until You stop using the App or We terminate it for breach of these terms. On termination, You must stop using and delete the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may change this Agreement at any time. If We do, We will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the App after a change means You accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.

Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You and We agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, may enforce this Agreement against You as a third-party beneficiary of it.
